Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, sale items, or personalized products are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.

Non-returnable items

  • Innerwear, socks, undergarments

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Items with missing tags or signs of use


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Images (if item is damaged or defective)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

If rejected:

We will return the item back to you at your shipping address.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank/credit card provider.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If unavailable, we will offer:
